Refund policy
Every item is produced especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Colour preference
- Buyer’s remorse
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution. info@calipmusic.com
